They are #56 and USF is #66.  Are they doing that well and are we doing that bad?  #66 out of 119 is horrible.

scout.com is almost the exact opposite...it's just one person's opinion.  From what I can tell, UCF's prize recruit is a punter which after watching them last year, will get a lot of work.

It sounds like we're in the same grouping.  Its not like they are top 30 and we are bottom 30.  We are both in the same mid range.  When it gets down that far, its subjective.

Yesterday we were at 291 points and today we are at 207.  No decommits or anything else, just lower 84 points from yesterday to today.  Do not know why.

I understand stars, and I understand the RR system they have, but I do not understand how they value points for specific players, or the "bonuses" they give.

its all a crap shoot.

its like the cbssportsline 112.  when you are trying to rate that many programs it becomes impossible.

as far as i am concerned, if you arent a top 10 recruiting program then it doesnt matter.  as long as we keep on reloading with 6-8 solid players we will be fine.

I don't mean to sound like Smazza, but how is a non-BCS school two years removed from going 0-17 having the same recruiting year as us? Is it because their new facilities? Is it because they have a coach that was hired by Notre Dame? What is it? We are doing great but I didn't expect for UCF to do as good as us.

They are having a good year recruiting but also they have like 26 recruits listed as opposed to 17 by USF.

Im not to worried about the rankings we are bringing in a pretty good class. It will show on the field in two years.

If you go to the ranking of the top 100 Florida players and see where their interest lies, you'll see a lot more UCF than USF.

The Rivals ranking system is beyone understandable.  I have asked the question many times to no avail.

We are having a really good year if everyone signs on the line and our 4* recruit (not the punter) makes it into school.

But I think USF is doing well also.
