Here's how I see it:

Win 1 more --maybe USF gets into a bad bowl

Win 2 more --USF gets into an okay bowl

Win 3 more --USF gets a good bowl (This is my prediction)

Win 4 more --USF is in a big-time bowl

Win 5 more -- USF is in a BCS bowl

Obviously I will go there if we are in that bowl, but that stadium was horrible when we played Alabama there in '03.

WOW!  UTEP must be good.  They have them going to two bowl games.  I hope we get the split squad with the most second teamers so we can really clean their clocks.

;D

That place was a poorly managed dump! They ran out of water and concession workers at halftime and its location makes the Citrus Bowl and Orange Bowl look like Shangri La.  Didn't they condemn the upper level the very next year? Oh well at least all the negatives will be offset by getting to play a C-DOA team >:(

Any bowl will be acceptable for this year.  I don't want to rain on anybodys parade but none of the remaining games are marked W in my book, I am keeping things real, Grothe goes out or someone else takes a toke - -  we are in serious trouble.

I can see us bringing 12K to the Gator Bowl if chosen, too bad they won't give us a chance.

I really hope that we dont make it to the Texas Bowl because that game is aired on the NFL Network (yes, that isn't a typo) and I know not all homes haves the NFL Network (for those fans who cannot travel to the bowl game due to prior commitments like myself)

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
