I'd love to see our "option" plays use a little more of the "pitch" and a little less of the "get the QB killed for 2 yards."

Hopefully, Ponton has been practicing the option plays with Grothe.

I hope he is ok.  He was in a lot of pain when that happened.  When I watched the replay, I had no idea he was in so much pain.

I am also looking forward to Ponton's and J. Julmiste's resturn.  I hope we run all over UNC and give Grothe a break.

best thing i've read all week

i was worried about randolph, but not so much grothe after the 2nd half.  i suppose it could have gotten worse after but it's a great sign that the x-rays were negative.

good to know our NT will play too.

i want a sack from julmiste, 2 rushing TDs from ponton, and a kickoff return TD from chambers (considering randolph doesnt get a chance to do that much it seems)

Williams should get the start after a 100 yard performance.  Plenty of time to get Ricky in there, but Williams should start.

After all of this anticipation I am dying to see what RP can do.

I would hope that he has been anticipating this even more and comes ready to run all over the Heels!

i think Ponton will come out and have a huge game.  Williams should start but I bet Ponton gets most of the carries

Ya... let Williams start for one play and then put the star in the backfield. With Ponton in the backfield, we're 6-0. The kid is a great talent.
