CFN

Birmingham Bowl  - East Carolina vs. Syracuse

Texas Bowl - Kansas vs. Rutgers

Meineke Car Care Bowl - NC State vs. Navy

Gator Bowl - Virginia Tech vs. West Virginia

International Bowl - Kent State vs. Pitt

Orange Bowl - Clemson vs. Louisville

At large bids: TCU in Motor City Bowl (for Big Ten team), Arizona State in Poinsettia Bowl,

Could be that USF or Syracuse are fighting for a spot in B'ham.

Give it a week or 2. Syracuse will be 3-5 since their next 2 games are @WVU and home with Louisville. They then have to go to Cincinnati the week after we play there, so they could be 3-6 before playing us and then still having to go to Rutgers.

They aren't going to a bowl game.

how would wv get in national championship game?

usf will finish 6-6 maybe 7-5

cuse or usf will go to bowl game not both

that is advantge of playing so many bad teams.you will go to a bad bowl game but you dont develop your program to compete for the big boy bowls

Do you even believe in half the stuff you post?  You are very good at evoking discussion.  Does anyone really think we were going to go directly to the national championship game in our 2nd year of BCS play?  Isn't playing in a couple of lesser bowls preparation and development for the Bigger Bowls down the road?

Let's talk about development.  We are coming together as a team on both sides of the ball.  We are getting better each week (which I expected),  With the exception of Nicholas, St. Louis and Watson, every position on the field is seeing production and a good amount of playing time from Freshman or Sophomore players.

Any bowl this year is good for the continued development of this team.  Next year the expectations realistically change for challenging for the BE.

I don't see Syracuse being bowl eligible. I don't believe CFN even thinks about these projections more than 10 seconds each. They look at the standings and go hmm....USF 4-2, Syracuse 3-3.....uh Cuse will probably travel more so we'll say SU.

F*ck it. Let's go 10-2 and go to the BCS bowls or at worste 9-3 and make the gator bowl.  I think we'd travel pretty good to wither of those.

You guys do know that Cuse's 3 losses are to teams that are a combined 15-3 all in close games?

Take off the Green and Gold glasses, Cuse looks like a 6-6; 7-5 team this year and they WILL knock off one of the top 4 teams in the BE, write that down.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Cuse will not go 7-5.

I will make a large bet on that.

We do not have green and gold glasses on to know that cuse will not go 7-5.

Who are the remaining 4 teams on thier schedule they will beat?

Again, I will make a very large wager that they do not go 7-5.
