    There contract is locked in. Unless they can find 4 schools that add more than 20 mil each to their current deal there is no need. That is the main reason they didn't already add. ND would have made them that no one else available did.

    It makes sense that Orlando kids want to go to USF and that Tampa kids want to go to UCF. It is close to home so parents can go to games and visiting home is easy. Yet you are away from home. In the long run I think both schools will have better recruiting now that the rivalry will resume and things will heat back up.

    As an UCF fan I hate to say this, but I hope they are right. I also want 2 current BE schools ranked in the top 20 by years end, along with 2 of new incoming schools. The NBE needs to make a statement THIS year.

    Any deals done now will be short term. Haw makes no sense to me, It would be perfect for MWC/CUSA match up. A tex bowl, and the one in SD do make sense.

    Well lets see. 2 private catholic colleges, that are 0-2. Sounds pretty similar.

    I don't think UCF or any other school should let the kid go. Not to punish the kid, but to protect the program. Recruiting has to end when a kid signs, Not blaming this on Louisville the school, but recruiting pressures never ended with smith. Whether it was just friends, local fans, or friends of the program and booster's is another question. If it was booster's and it came out the Ncaa would have no choice but to penalize UL. Would it be Ul's fault?? No.. but it wouldn't be the first nor last time boosters got a program in trouble.

    Marc Daniels on the radio today said he has informed UCF coaches he is still coming to UCF. There is no story in this story.

    one game good bad or otherwise doesnt show anything. Any team can play good or bad on any weekend.

    LOL... : I don't get all the excitement. St Pete and international are both toliet bowl games.

    I don't expect the BE to add anyone barring a big 10 raid. I for one don't think that is going to happen either. As for Maryland or BC that is just crazy talk.. neither are going to leave the ACC and more $$$ for the BE. ACC>BE. Just like the BE is > any non bcs conf.

    Time will tell how this class works out.. but on paper it is by far the best ever at UCF.. add that to a very large and pretty talented class..last year.. we have a lot of kids that will have quite a while to play together.. could be a very special team in a couple of years.

    I hate to admit this.. but as a UCF fan.. U are borderline top 25.. definatly top 40 right now.. wont really know till u get past the first 5 games next year.

    Increasing size to 18 k is good.. but that is still pretty small for a 1a program... with the 15k attendence rule.. I would think they would want to get it to 22 to 25k.. so big games will boost overall averages up. but sometimes small steps are needed to get to where U need to go.
