I too was disappointed that USF did not offer Bronson a chance to stay on, but taking shots at the other guy gets old.

MAYBE OUR SPECIAL TEAMS COACH SHOULD WORK A LITTLE HARDER WITH THE KICKER AND PUNTER ;)

He who beats dead horse should read the post that spoke of all of Benzer's accolades and hence "skills set."

Here it is.

Now if you enjoy insulting a college player that plays for my alma mater, that tells us all a lot about you.  Calling out the guy here on multiple threads as you have done shows us that you may be the better field goal kicker (which I doubt) but Mr. Benzer certainly has the most credibility and guts.  He's not hiding behind a keyboard - he's out there doing what he can.

You never played sports did you ? Doing what he can? I can get a truck driver to try, but should he have a scholarship to kick field goals ? Kyle should have been awarded the scholie but that is old news..His KO average is 65 yards and he is 2/4 with a long of 49...The missed field goals were only inches to the right..Texas State has an open stadium with alot of wind...Not the greatest kicking conditions...Justin Teachey is a good FG kicker but has not been given the opportunity to kick..Leavitts needs to give this kid a a chance to kick FGs....

Tell me this...why was Bronson a walk-on?  Did he not have other options besides walking on to USF and becoming a message board phenomenom?

I am not sure who he had offers from but I do know he performed well while he was at USF  and why does this board love this kid so much?????????????
