Another stadium gripe....

Just drove down Dale Mabry by the stadium and there are 50 street light banners and 6 billboards all filled with Bucs schedule, player photos, etc.  Why can't we get 1 billboard for USF to at least have the home schedule on?  You would never know USF played at that stadium by driving  past it.

That will never happen 79 Bull.  Not at that stadium.  By the way, its opening week for the Bucs, so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

the rates on those boards are pretty high during football season.

it doesnt bother me seeing all the bucs stuff.  no matter what you do to RayJay it will never be mistaken for a college stadium.  we could be in ALOT worse.

As much as we would ALL like to see it, it's not gonna happen. That's the Bucs stadium, we just rent it. Until the Glazers buy the University of South Florida, it aint happenin brother.

I would take that stadium over RayJay any day.  I know most of you think I'm crazy, but for those of us who get it, let's think about it like this....

You could live with your mommy & daddy until you're 55 years old, but live in a really awesome and big house.  Or, you could be an adult, take some initiative, and buy a place of your own.  It might not be as nice as mommy & daddy's mansion, but at least it's yours!  And in 5-10 years, with hard work and patience, you could live in a place almost as nice as mommy & daddy's house!

Or, you could just be content to be a 55 year-old loser who lives in a place where nothing is his.

Right now, and as long as we're content to be, we're like that 55 year-old "kid."  I wonder if we're ever gonna grow up.

Advertising space is extremely expensive - and there is no way that USF could afford a bidding war against the Bucs.. Nor would they want to.
