If the Bulls don't start playing better and looking like a real Div I-A, competitive, Big East team, nobody is going to donate squat for them to have their own place.  :'(

maybe when the bulls own the land or out bid for that advertising space.

the rates on those boards are pretty high during football season.

it doesnt bother me seeing all the bucs stuff.  no matter what you do to RayJay it will never be mistaken for a college stadium.  we could be in ALOT worse.

Yeah look at FIU stadium wow does a high school team play there

yes high school teams play football games at fiu's stadium.  or at least they did before fiu had a football team.

Yeah, that would be just beautiful if FIU build and OCS before we do.

Oh wait, that's right....we have RayJay....the world's worst stdium to watch a college football game in.  And who cares if we can't do a dang thing we want to in it since it might tick the Glazers off?  It has a big pirate ship and comfy seat backs an cup holders, and that's really all that matters!

You obviously have not been to Legion Field in Birmingham.

RayJay is among the best stadiums in the country.  There aren't many bad views...plenty of concession stands... parking REALLY CLOSE by...

Are there problems? Absoultely... but having our own stadium creates as many problems as it solves... or you would want to park by the medical school and walk to the Sun Dome area??

Jim...save your keyboarding for another topic. If you've consumed the "Build It Now" Kool-Aid, there's nothing but negatives to RayJ. Don't even attempt inserting $ into the discussion. Just walk away...step away slowly. That is a trip wire...

I don't see the Bulls moving to another stadium for a long time. Most certainly I don't see them getting an on campus (or near campus) stadium any time soon.

I don't think it's too much to ask for a billboard (at least during the summer). Or at least a couple of the "bililboards" that Publix has up in the beer aisle. They have those for the bucs.

None of that crap matters in the college game!  The NFL has spoiled owners, players, and fans.  College football fans want a place to call their own, no matter if it requires a walk from the parking lot and one or two less concession stands.

This is an NFL-obssessed market, and until our own people can get around the idea that the posh surroundings of RayJay is a great thing, it always will be an NFL-obssessed market.

----Newsflash----

WE"RE NOT THE BUCS!!!!!!

Walking a few blocks to an OSC shouldn't be a problem for anyone.  We walked that far in Charlotte when we got off of the chartered buses!  Also, what of all the rules at Ray Jay.  No cowbells, no standing, etyc

This is just one of those annoying little side effects of Brad expanding his Bulls universe, something he's done a great job of. You get the new chaps coming in here thinking they have all these marvelous ideas that surely no one would have already thought of, much less been hashed over 436,122 times..... Maybe there needs to be a thread where all the topics that have been beat to death ad nauseum can be summarized and if there is something that's been missed, it could be brought up in here then.   8-)
