We'll still be there - but essentially I'm going to have to buy three more seats for my children at $175 per.  An extra $525 per year is a bit ridiculous to include my children.  I can get them in Disney every day of the year for less than that.  All said, I'll be in for about $2000 per season.

Guess it wouldn't be cheaper .. Thanx.

For those that have kids, will this make or break it for you? Or will you go anyways?

I've got season tix for my kids but used the JBC tickets for them to bring firends along .... it helped keep them from killing each other.

I'll have to pay for one this year, two next year and all three in 3 years.  Maybe that'll make it easier...."growing" into the higher payment.  Of course, what will tickets cost then????

Why should kids get in for free when those seats can be sold to other buyers?

I think some people we taking advantage of this with some of the more crowded games kids on laps that were way too big to be on laps.  Fine to bring them but go sit in the Jr. Bulls Section.  I have two kids and I always have seats for them, even my two year old, man I need the space with those little Bulls!  I still think was a bad idea to change the deal, just police it better.

I agree with you.  It seems to be the minority opinion on the board, but children take up the same size seat as anyone else.  I can't think of any other major sporting event or live concert performance I have attended that provide discounts to children.

Not a wise decision for potential donors with kids!

If someone was looking to donate, then they wouldn't really need to have a child in the Jr. Bulls Club since the donor seats are in better areas, especially if they are locking in seats long term after the child has outgrown the Jr. Bulls Club.

They didn't get free....just cheaper.

Besides, I always viewed it as a strategy to have kids dream of becoming a bull. The school was not hurting to allow these kids to have these seats. They would have never been filled. When I lived in Colorado Springs, the air force academy gave the same deal. While I didn't grow up wanting to be in the air force I will always remember all those great games I saw. I fell in love with the college football atmosphere.

In a way I was hoping the day would come when every seat would be too valuable to give away at the price they were offering for the junior bulls. I just didn't think it would have been this soon. I can afford it but I probably won't be bringing the for year old daughter. She would only watch the cheerleaders anyway....of course I had a tendency to do that too.
