Has surgery today to have his kidney removed that has a tumor growing in it. If things go well, it will be the difference between 10 years versus 10 months. I figured my dad kept heaven pretty busy during his time during Viet Nam, so maybe it's still pretty packed and he'll get a free pass today so we can have more time together. Anyways... if you can, keep my dad in your prayers... but if things don't go well, don't worry, he doesn't like UF, so I'm sure he'll be working his mojo with God to make sure we start getting the good end of the stick in athletics.
