Feldguy whats goin on.  glad to hear from you.  I agree with you 100%.  Jim could not even tell you 4 offense play calls.  Just get the ball in the endzone.  One would think since he knows defense he would know offense.   Usually the best defensive coaches know offense really well.  and vice versa.  Not in this case Jim has no concept of the offense.  We only have about 7 plays with 7 formations why not run 70 formations with 7 plays.  I see high school teams do it and confuse defenses yet our offense can not.  

LongDongDong get off of Smith's Balls.  He could put in different formation and plays and yet decided not to.  He is a D2 OC at best.  change things up.  coach your guys up, and call some play action.  Get a clue.  Get a fullback.  Let Andre run with a lead blocker everyonce and a while.  then throw it to the FB out of the backfield or to one of our 8 tall recievers on a play action.  Our offensive play calling and sceme SUCK.
