What needs to happen along with getting a new OC is to have Leavitt actually be involved with the offense other than just saying, "Put the ball in the endzone." He's a great defensive and special teams coach, no doubt about that, but offensively he's too detached, if thats the right word.

I heard your dad might be an offensive coordinator. Are you lobbying for the him for the job?  ;D At the same time, your mom could take over strength and conditioning. I take over the pre-game festivities coordinator.

Funny! ;D He is actually now the new offensive line coach for Mitchell High School in Pasco county. He left CCC a couple months ago for personal reasons but he's doing fine now. I took over the line at the end of last year and I expect to do the same for now.
