Its great to watch other basketball games with implications for the Bulls. I am wondering do we want Wichita State or UAB?

Wichita State would have to play their fourth game in four days. While UAB would give us the opportunity to have beaten every team in conference plus a win against a 20 + win team. It would help brush up our resume.

Ultimately though I am hoping for us to play Wichita State.

Funny how the talking heads on ESPN only bring up USF when they talk about how we are playing spoiler to bubble teams that didn’t even finish over .500 in their own conference.

Is there any chance FAU falls into the bubble watch if they lose tonight?

I think the ones who designate "bubble" teams rely on NET rankings kind of heavy so with their mid 30's ranking, I don't think they would fall there .... and both wins they had against UNT were under 5 points so them losing is not out of the question.

The potential benefit regarding FAU looking like a lock for the NCAA tournament is that they might come out without much to play for. Although that might go both ways since they could come out relaxed and play better.
