On paper this our deepest and most talented team since Strong 's first year. New recruit has elite speed.  You can never have enough elite speedster. Not much info on him anywhere. Hope it works out.

Buddy's film is actually pretty nice. I can't confirm he has 4.4 speed, but he definitely has 4.6 speed or better from watching the film. He returns punts/kickoffs and I think can play safety. He might be the next Sean Atkins. Not in terms of style of play, but walk-on who eventually gets a scholly and kicks a$$  afterward.

Thanks for the video tape. He is fast not sure by the tape is we rundown a 4.4 or closer to a 4.6. Either way he has speed.  Good pick up even if he is only a practice squad player he could help the dbs get used to cover players with speed and we can phase the phrase burnt toast out of the  usf secondary.

Pettus came in at 245. If he put on 20lbs already he is 265. Hopefully he is our next JPP or Selvie.

The first pic I saw of Pettus at USF, he looked skinny. The fact that he put 20Ibs of muscle is awesome! Another thing I always liked about our teams is that the players are generally nice guys. I cant wait for the season to start.

Nice off the field. We need to get back to getting nasty  on the field and the defense needs to get back to the days of bringing fear to the opponents.
