Not sure BB is making $1-2 million playing at USF. 

Seems to be what Rhule is saying good portal QB's costs.

This is wrong for college football just plain out wrong,schools have been stripped of their rights to compete for the same thing that they're allowed to do nowadays,why just give the student athlete a stipend during the season instead of allowing one team to breach the contract of another team.
