I was looking back at a friendly bet @Bull Dozer (RIP) and I made in 2019. Technically I won the bet b/c he was a starter last year.....well for the last 2 games 😁

He's having a good year. It would have been nice if they were cleared for a bowl game for his last year playing football, but he is still having the best year of his college football career. What's sad is that I thought Dollison was going to put up big numbers at JMU since he played well at USF. He hasn't done much.

“Being a walk-on, you have to go to work,” he said. “You can’t have an ego. You don’t have anything to your name, really. You have to be consistent with your work ethic every day. Getting a scholarship didn’t change anything.”

Atkins may make a couple of changes within the USF record book. He heads into Saturday afternoon’s game at Memphis (3:30/ESPN+) with 51 receptions for 550 yards. He is eighth all-time in single-season receptions, 16 behind leader Rodney Adams, who caught 67 passes in 2016. Atkins’ yardage total is 329 shy of Marquez Valdes-Scantling’s mark of 879 in 2017.

He'll have to keep on working to leave his mark in the record book.  Let's go Sean!

I think he will fall short but that last home game would be huge if he pulled it off.

Crazy a walk on is our best receiver by far . We need to keep hitting the recruiting trail and transfer portal for upgrades at WR, OL, rb, and the whole defense.

Or do we need to just go after walk ons 🤔? It would be one of the most badass things for him to snag that record. He can push the CAG methodology of work harder/longer, etc. to all these young guys. Kid is an animal and fun to watch!
