honestly all those issues have to do less with us and more to do with the industry. Newspapers are going the way of the dinosaur.

It's unfortunate but that's the reality. They are cutting costs everywhere just to try and survive.

Just wait until they use AI to "write" their articles.

I agree with you that the industry is heading in that direction. Doesn't it then stand to reason that I should probably look toward an alternative option for the coverage I would prefer, and pay, to see?

The Athletic has written good articles on us this season and they have great CFB coverage, among the other sports that I prefer to read about as well.

I get more out of reading the posters here than I do from Baker/Knight.

an article about why a local 5 star might choose us but is 10 days too late, according to some, is spitting in your face.

Probably an individual's perspective on the body of work, not one "perceived late" article.

I paid for a newspaper when all I had was occasional TV coverage and spotty radio coverage (Or that 1-800 pay number to listen).

Instead of spending my money on TBT or The Athletic, I spend it on ESPN+ to see the game myself.  TBT is nothing more than, in my eyes, a mild influencer for those that still read the sports section.  They run and get rubbed.

I'll butt out.

absolutely. I understand wanting more specialized coverage.

honestly gousfbulls has a lot of great stuff.

I get the local paper to keep up with a broad overview of what's happening around town. not necessarily for the bulls coverage.

I just don't get why so many people complain about it. It's not in-depth bulls coverage but they do have some good stuff.

I don't agree with everything but that's ok.

I think this goes a bit deeper than where your head is right now. Others have summed it up nicely.

That's something even AI can't compete with. In every corner of today's society.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
