I don't quite understand the benefit of extra practices when 50% of your roster turns over every year.

A chance to use the IPF more and get the returns back. But yeah I think with all the new transfer rules we may see a much different team next season lol

Good news is I don't see a lot of our starters getting offers to play anywhere bvetter. I could see some of the backups or practice squad players transferring down to FCS or another g5 program they are offered a starting spot at.

The benefit is a team that clearly needs more practice, would get just that.

You would also have to think that the percentage of roster turnover would be lower going into Coach's 2nd season.

I agree turnover is going to be less than under CJS departure.  However, with graduation and a few that want to move on we will have plenty of opportunities for new transfers.

I was exaggerating a bit as I'm wont to do but you still will have 25 - 35% turnover between graduates and trfs.

I'm at a loss on this one. Shocked you don't see the value in extra practice. How many beers have you had today?

I'm sure that extra practice will help some but if you play Dec 16th we're not talking a huge amount of sessions.
