The turn around has two parts. First the coaches at worst are average with intensity, but put players in a position to succeed with schemes to fit the players. Secondly Golesh had his staff are coaching the guys up by cleaning up/fixing their misexecutions/mistakes continously.  The whole team has adopted his aggressive personality.

Yes but he keeps making stupid celebration penalties. I think it was him during the Alabama game as well. I can't remember but they need to stop that crap.
