The positive is that nobody except the diehards really cares about usf athletics anymore so it's not really embarrassing to get kicked around by schools nobody has heard of.

It's true, unfortunately. I was watching on my phone from the Sublime with Rome/Slightly Stoopid show at mid Florida and didn't even get mad after watching the defense collapse on 3rd down over and over. We haven't really had a meaningful game in years.

I really thought we were destined to be a TCU type school, but it is becoming more clear we are gonna be Fresno State.

Usf being a big time college football program was a big reason why I chose it over some other schools. I'm still glad that I went there, but I do wish that I could still have that big time college football experience from my alma mater.
