White Squirrell is a cool brewery but somewhat small and doesn't serve food currently. They open at noon Saturday and you might luck up and find a food truck outside.  Blue Holler is pretty close to campus but also no food.  Open at 10.  Below are some local favorite sports bars/pub type joints all within about 10 min of campus. 

 

1.) Double Dogs Chow House - 1780 Scottsville Rd

2.) Pub by Novo - 2425 Scottsville Rd

3.) Mister B's Pizza & Wings - 1945 Scottsville Rd

4.) Alley Pub & Pizza (downtown on square) - 422 E Main Ave

5.) WK El Mazatlan (cheap Mexican/good drinks right on campus) - 268 Alumni Ave

 

If you want something higher end after the game:

1.) Tonys Steakhouse - 556 Hub Blvd B

2.) Hickory & Oak - 705 State St

3.) Novo Dolce - 651 US 31w Bypass

 

Bars/Nightlife:

1.) 440 Main - 440 E Main Ave

2.) The Copper Bar - 912 College St

3.) Cliffs of Moher Irish Pub - 410 E Main Ave

4.) The Dusty Boot - 927 College St

 

WK El Mazatlan is essentially the only walkable restaurant that serves alcohol close to the stadium.  South Lawn directly across from the stadium will be a great tailgating turnout and a fun place to be.  Looking forward to welcoming the Bulls to Smith Stadium!
