No, they are probably still ironing out the details and paperwork still needs to be signed before it will be announced. Similarly Pitino to St Johns was days in the media before it was officially announced.

Mike Brey didn't want it to end the way it ended this year at Notre Dame, so he's back in college coaching at USF, where a tough task awaits. Can he do it?
