I doubt it. But I think he should get some playing time. He played pretty decent tonight...at least as good as PJ.

Undoubtedly.

Unmistakably.

Definitely.

YES.

The kid showed us a glimpse of the future tonight.....and the future is bright.

I thought he was good.  I thought he was better than PJ at his worst.  I would start him.  BUT I would also tie our WRs in front of a jug machine and let them catch the ball or have it hit them in the face until they learn to catch the ball.

He showed me a lot.

He started 4 for 4 passing(not sure what he ended up with). His 1st 2 throws were throws that Julsucke has NEVER made. He made good decisions. He kept plays alive, directing traffic, then showed his arm strength by simply flicking his wrist. He showed that you cant teach speed. He did all of this against the Big East Champs and a top 10 team.

He made a freshman mistake on his INT, but I'm willing to live with that based on the good things that he showed.

He played well for his first game vs a good quality team.

Now if we could just give him some decent plays to run besides keeper to the left, right and middle.

A lot can happen between December 2nd & the 31st.

But the question is...regardless of whether it is PJ or Hill...do we have sufficient talent across the board to keep the game competitive? Which team shows up...the one that beat L'ville or the one that lost to Uconn?

Should make for an interesting couple of weeks.

The radio was harping on Hill staring down receivers. So while the WR are tied to the jugs machine, you have to do something similar for Hill. :)
