With the Bengals beating Buffalo, we now have another guaranteed Super Bowl starter with Mitch or MVS. Pretty remarkable really, with our brief football history, how many Bulls have played in the Super Bowl.

Wilcox made some good plays today.

Don't they have to get through KC first?  Still, it's good exposure.

his point is there is a Bull on both teams.

Wilcox- Bengals

MVS- Chiefs.

One will be in the Super Bowl.

This is great! It shows current players or recruits that you don't have to play at a power 5 team in order to make it to the NFL.

If anything for most players its better to start for a team like USF, then be a back up at a power 5 team, in order to gain exposure.

it will be interesting to see  whether players that transferred ( Horn, Battie, Weaver) away from USF if they have the same impact for the new teams. If they don't perform at their new teams their NFL stock could actually go down with the move.

I don't see anywhere in his original post that states this would help us. @Dave_Glaser and many of us are simply happy that a few ex-bulls are in the superbowl.  At minimum it is a small selling point to our future recruits/transfers that USF offers a path to the NFL.  Glass half full my friend. Not everything has to be so negative.

To add to this, Wilcox’s combine was very interesting. They don’t have to be perfect here or immediately after. Let’s go Bulls!

That makes the 4th consecutive year at least. Reiter was on both Chiefs teams to get there, Wilcox last year, and then either MVS or Wilcox this year.
