Only interested because we’re probably running the same basic offense. One interesting thing for me is the conditioning of the Tenn defense. They’re on the field a lot.

Clemson got smoked without by  Tennessee without Hooker. Dabo got lucky to be in a weak ACC and win the conference.  Intersting how many of Dabo's assistant coaches than turned to coaches have failed compared to Saban's assistant coaches turned to coaches. I am puzzled how Clemson is successful but most of their coaching tree fails and Saban is successful and most of his coaching tree succeeds.  I am not taking anything away from DAbo and Clemson what they have done together in his run as coach, it just seems the Clemson way doesn't work outside of Clemson.

Correct, but he has a much higher rate of coaches being successful .500 or above in FBS football. 

Dabo's coaching tree

Brent Venables - first losing at OK in a long time

Tony Elliott- Looks the most promising turned his team around

Jeff Scott- The worst FBS coach in modern history was totally not ready even though was sold as the next great offensive coach

Chad Morris- Had a decent run at SMU but failed and was the worst SEC coach at Arkansas.

Agree he has been coaching much longer, has had more success , and at multiple stops. Dabo has had a remarkable run is arguably the second best coach in college football right now after Saban. I just am wondering why almost all of his assistants that become have failed and Saban seems to have coaches more prepared to lead a program.
