More money and move up from LB coach to DC.

Lets hope that we get him or someone like him. Defense will be the key for any turnaround.

Good point.  Also we should pay a DC. Say we get continuity or improvement on offense, it isn't going to matter if we can't get any stops.  So it is obvious that the key to turning this around is Defense.  I believe we would have been in a bowl game last year easily with a slightly better defense.  It isn't far away.

This I don't understand.  The offense was so good once it got rolling, but nada on defense.
