IMO opinion, if he wants to answer to the president only, then no guaranteed salary.  Put some accountability in it.

The only thing that has happen is Weaver, Horn, Grier, Golden, and Evans are entered the transfer portal. WE have no coach and we still finished in last place. So lets hope this homerun hire we were promised delivers us some wins, recruits , and develops talent a hell of a lot better than our last few  coaches.

I wouldn't attempt it because it was wild.  I would say check out JP Peterson's twitter feed and all the people in his comments, and him doubling down.

Chadwell is now being dangled maybe a better offer?  Leavitt is there and wants to come here.  Urban should go to Cincy, Gruden would be a crazy pick.  Herman, people say he would win here so I guess that's good.  No rumor there though.
