Still think the beach should be a part of the new OCS complex rather than ancillary to the Yuengling Center as proposed.  Might take some of the sting out of what otherwise may occur there.

We have been for some time, but it has reached some serious depths at this point. If you think football is struggling, go take a look at volleyball and you'll feel better.

yeah, we've been bad at vball for a long time. Also, xcountry. Women came in dead last for the third year in a row in the AAC championships today, 10 points worse then they were last year. So, yeah. there's that also

Good or bad seasons, we've always been an academic school and that is fine with me.  My daughter graduated here also and moved out of state.  She didn't know how far USF has come since the early 00s until I showed her.

While we whine about our sports, our diplomas are worth more.  I don't love USF for its sports.  I love it because I received the education I needed to reenter the workforce after becoming disabled as a young man.  Got great jobs and a pension due to my USF degree.  It changed my life and the lives of my family.

I can have more patience keeping that in mind.

Bravo! No question about it. Back in the 1980s when I was there, USF prepared me to succeed in my career, and it did even more for my daughter, who just graduated in May. That’s one reason you’ll never hear me say anything bad about Judy Genshaft. She led a national championship-level drive to advance our academic profile and her generosity gave my daughter the chance to experience significant study abroad opportunities without breaking my retirement account or putting her in student loan debt. I’m not sure my USF back in the day would have been respected enough to earn her a Fulbright scholarship and entry to one of the world’s most recognized universities for graduate school. But her work at today’s USF made that a reality for her. I’ll be grateful forever.
