Worst season ever?  Well, at least the backup gets two weeks of prep?

Five games left, you can use up to four without burning a redshirt.  Do we see some Bynum Brown or Gunnar Smith?

I would get as many people as much experience as possible at this point.

So does Gerry even bother coming back next year?  Would we rather just move on entirely at this point?

And oh let's not forget our QB next year gets Bama in game 3.

Definitely.  And now we know that GB was beat up heading into Louisville.  Maybe Timmy would have gotten the chance that week.

My reading comprehension is suffering. Not seeing anything about before L'ville.

I don't see why he wouldn't come back, unless one of the young guys really takes off during the last five games.  He would be pretty much the undisputed #1 and things were starting to gel.  One would hope the offense would take another step up next year with him at the helm.

I don't remember where I saw that.  But in one of the press conferences CJS admitted that he got rocked towards the end of the Gator game and wasn't really healthy for L'ville, which can partially explain that debacle.

Welp there goes getting a new coach. Now he has his built in excuse!

Not an excuse to me, so not necessarily.  I saw that response on Twitter too.

I was thinking he might have doubts about returning to a team where things went so spectacularly wrong.  Maybe he decides to try a different team with a defense that doesn't force you to score every drive.
