Ditching Scott is possible. I cannot fathom a scenario where Leavitt comes back. It would be fun and reenergizing but would never happen after how he left. Right?

We must decide if we want to continue being the biggest loser or find a guy that can win?

Leavitt should stick to coaching. I’d bring him back as a coach right now if I could, but don’t think he’d be good as an AD. To be an AD you have too kiss the ass of big donors…don’t see Leavitt doing that.

Definitely not sold on the idea of CJL in an administrative role but what exactly do you think could go worse with the wrong skill set?

I don’t think he’d be good as an AD, but I could be wrong. I do know 100% he wouldn’t have given CJS a contract extension.

I also don’t think that’s a good fit or putting the best people in their best position to succeed, I’m just saying I also know that some people think VPMK does have the right skill set but football and basketball have been in a free fall since he stepped on campus and he gave an extension to every single coach on his staff.

IMO you really only have two options, Taggart or Larry Scott...if you can get Willie back, you can fix it quicker but Scott may be the better long term solution.

Act like you’ve been there before. Turns out, for many of us, we haven’t been there before.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
