“will make a difference for faculty students and alumni”

I hope our funding allows that we don’t have a downgrade from RJS but I thought this would be exciting for you pro-ocs guys

So is there some sort of context with that like when, where, to whom she was saying this?

She said something similar to the reporter from Channel 8 at the Gasparilla parade. Don't know if alcohol was involved.

Former mayor Pam Iorio was right in front of our krewe at one of the parades and she seemed sober at the time.
