According to CJS, Carter ran over 21 MPH on that play (he had a GPS device on him).

Chris Carter ran 85 yards faster than he ever has before to set the tone in a win over Temple.

I got so excited that this picture includes the correct helmet and wondered if I somehow missed it in the game.  But no.

Thinking about it over while reading this . . . he ran across the field and caught him after a huge head start. WOW !

Also, I remember seeing on the replay that Temple's coach was holding up his index finger indicating go for 1 PAT. :)

Go BULLS !!!

I caught that too. At first I thought he was indicating a TD but he definitely was holding up the 1 as in "Go for One".

The arial view that they showed on Twitter is hilarious with the closing speed and dive.  It's pure insanity.  The INT on the end just caps it off.  It was a "Syracuse game" moment.

I loved Chris Carter when he was with the Vikings.

Do you think Buddy Ryan loved Cris also?

I don't have to be Leon Lett to know that it is never over until you pass that line with the G marking on the sideline.

Maybe they movd him back to the dline.

You beat me to the comment. He is obviously a great athlete over 250Ibs by the video of him "hawking" down that player to prevent the TD. I feel him and Thomas Nance should be moved back to the Dline. Especially after Grants injury and the other dude transferring. Im sure either one of them can get more sacks/tackles than Ryan Thaxton sorry arse!
