I think it’s a bit radical, but it also makes sense.

Probably wouldn't happen because I believe I heard him say something about the P5s sharing revenue and then sharing with the athletes. Some will never share. But I like the concept overall. Unfortunately we'd be in the lower 64.

I been saying that for a whiie. Been saying that basically the power conferences now need to been blown up and redone. The conferences are now too big and travel is killing the other sports. Basically the conferences need to go back to being more regional. Football basically all should be independent and negotiate their own schedules.

Agree. I don’t see any scenario where the P2 shares anything with the P3. Although it was interesting that he kept throwing the PAC12 back out there.  Kinda got the feeling he wasn’t crazy about the move.

What he said was to eliminate football conferences. Keep all other sports in their respective conference. Then make football more regional. He’s saying football pays for most of it anyway, so cut down the travel expenses and time away from school.
