( Tulane, UAB, ECU, Army, USF) Other older C-USA moved up ( LVille, Cincy, Houston). What sticks out is the only C-USA school that never got promoted has been Southern Miss. I guess karma hit them bad after they issues with USF joining. Plus their fans throwing hot chocolate on our players. USM making fake accusations saying USF tried to gouge their eyes out. Karma finds a way to catch up lol Being a poor athletic department in a poor area also does USM no favors lol they have some solid history but a lot of that was due to being one of the few midmajors in the region for a long time.
