It doesn't make sense to me unless they've decided to start spreading out wildly.

Other articles I’ve read but not posted argue that these schools don’t bring enough money to satisfy the schools in the ACC that are threatening to leave and so it’s unlikely they’ll vote to expand. But yes, it’s confusing. I read it as a proposal the ACC is putting together, which the membership will ultimately reject. We’ll find out soon enough I guess

Got it .... but does that mean that the ACC will look at those 2 first when/if FSU/Clemson depart ....?
