The problem isn't so much WHO it is as it's WHAT they did. Colorado leaving legitimized the Big 12's message and weakened the Pac-12 while they're trying to negotiate a TV deal to stabilize. One school leaving loosens the seams for it to all fall apart.

With everyone cutting the cord, it's not crazy to imagine more people having Apple TV than PAC12 Network. A very quick search says ~25M Apple TV subscribers which is ~7.5% of US households. I'd bet that's more than have the PAC12 Network.

So if PAC12 ties revenue to subscriptions, this might not be a bad deal. 

I guess we'll see what AZ does while we wait for details.

This appears to be the notice, but it says 3:30 pm MT not 2:30 MT (which would be 5:30 EDT). 

Put another way, if I'm reading this right (I think I am?), the meeting will actually be at 6:30 pm EDT. This notice by BarstoolBigXII may be wrong.

 Basically we are going to see more conferences probably smaller formed. This will be to get one of the 6 top rated conference playoff spots. PAC 9 may just decide to stay at 9 if they don’t lose more schools

All I know is 5:30 eastern is 2:30 Mountain in AZ, no daylight savings time..we are akin to Pacific time this time of year.

I would rather have Amazon back it over apple tv.
