Not necessarily. The ACC is a much better fit

I certainly do not disagree with that. ACC would be a dream come true for numerous reasons. However, I still feel that the possibility of the ACC and remaining PAC schools forming some kind of mega conference is more possible than the ACC picking our sorry asses up even after FSU and Clemson bolt.

They would need at least two Florida schools imo

I'm going on a hunch that Kelly etc. already have an agreed   plan with a conference and are waiting in the wings, so to speak . I believe that Kelly was told to build Stadium , indoor practice field etc.   Just my 2 centavos

Yes it sure feels that way. The price tag of the OCS & dominoes tweet are good clues.

I guess we can say the big 12 may need Florida and it would take at least two teams to help. One team won’t move the needle on that heavy set west coast conference

They have UCF which is the home team of Tampa

I don't know. I don't think any conference would have guaranteed us a spot for building the OCS; especially with the fact that the chess board of conference realignment is changing every minute.

Now I am sure we were told that building an OCS would be helpful for our situation if we also started winning.

What if they already know the chessboard? I’m pretty sure Colorado had big 12 on their minds a long time ago.

I don't know but with the cost (?) of indoor practice and stadium $375 mil plus on a chance for realignment?  That is a lot of dollars to take gamble on something not sure .

So are we waiting for the dominos like the PAC waiting for a TV deal?
