Hypothetically, they told Robbie who told Stan...you get the idea, that they weren't interested.  So you see we never talked to them nor did we extend them an invite.  All above board here.

The OCS would provide USF with 100% revenue streams on everything associated with it, where we aren't even close to collecting that right now.

It also adds a significant amount of debt service and maintenance costs that are not really part of the RayJay rent.

I am not saying the debt isn't worth the gain as there are plenty of benefits to an OCS ... there are different benefits between renting a house and building your own house.  (Which is why raising as much in advance is such a big deal, right.)

This is right @widerberg -- unofficial discussions until an agreement is made.  Schools don't apply unless they will get accepted... and the AAC would not "offer" in the first place.  Officially, the schools have to be the ones who ask otherwise there could be some tampering lawsuits...
