Could they offer UCF with Rocky and leave USF in the American with knightro as our new mascot? Clearly the Rocky victory is more impressive. UCF won a bowl game, but Rocky went undefeated and won the whole enchilada.

We won the whole enchilada. We won $20,000. It would be interesting to see how much money UCF actually gets after paying for all of the unsold tickets they had, and the division among the rest of us. So technically, USF got more than $20,000 yesterday...cha ching! And we didn't have to do diddly squat!!

You'd better believe George O'Leary is driving through Las Vegas on the way home to take a stop at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop and see what Rick Harrison will give him for it. So we'll have to deduct those expenses.

They have to receive financial assistance from the conference. Not too sure how appealing that is in the eyes of the power brokers eyeing conference realignment candidates. While it likely doesn't help their cause, it's not like taking that feather out of their cap helps our cause. We'd be starring down the barrel of millions lost in tickets, if we were in the same situation. Edited January 2, 2014 by Bull Martin
