At Hyde Park bar at some some random Hilton Hotel and I see PTI  saying happy birthday Denny Crum. He called us the worst fanbase in college basketball and it was probably my proudest moment in USF fandom.

Yeah we have him the **** as the grave yard was right behind the opposition’s bench as I recall. Never beat him at home though.

The graveyard with the grim reaper was the best. We may may have been flat broke but hey we did it in style, enough so that a legit competitor hated us to the core.

We beat him at the Sundome, 91-92 team, the best college basketball  game I have ever been to, we stormed the floor.  Had Dickie V autograph our sign, Thursday night game.  Had beer trucks before and after the game, think it was homecoming, (pre football).  Alexander made the winning shot, I think off the glass. Was absolutely fantastic.

****...what year was that? I was not a student but I still lived in Tampa for sure.

It was Jan 92, awesome experience, not WVU/USF 07 but very memorable

I was there. Great games from Gary and Derrick Sharp with big shots down the stretch. Sun Dome was packed and rocking!
