He just needs to get in the gym over the summer and rework his mechanics. Its not impossible - Collins shot is alot difference then when he first got here and now he is shooting 45% from behind the arc.

The curse of being better than everyone in high school, you simply blow by people for easy shots, not spending enough time working on his jump shot, I still think he is going to be special.

I think it is more about being "more athletic" .... same for baseball these days.   I see these guys that are really athletic, but when they get to the collegiate level the actual skill level isn't there and they aren't more athletic than the rest of the guys anymore

Yep. I remember seeing a video of his highlights and its was exactly like you described - going to the basket with the occasional 3-pointer. He has alot of upside, just need to get that jumper fixed.
