That's easy for someone 4 hours away to say.  

As someone who was so looking forward to going to the improved Dome and seeing what Howard could do with the other newcomers, this is crushing. Tomorrow's game could be the highlight of the year .....

I went to the scrimmage and absolutely fell in love with the kid... he's so freaking good.  A pure point guard who makes everyone better, carries himself like the team leader already, has great vision and distributes so well... I'd keep going but that just makes it hurt more.  

In 4.5 years when we're in Madison Square Garden cutting down the nets after our BIG EAST Championship, we're going to say how having this extra year really helped him.  But for now, dammit this really sucks.

This bums me out for two reasons... we lose a valuable addition to our team (I'm taking your word for it Mince that he is a baller)... and now RMC can say "Woolard, we had a major injury to our starting guard... you can understand why we went 0-for-the-Big East. Next year though... I'll kick a couple more players off until one of these juco guys understands that this is the closest thing to the military they'll ever get. We'll be better... and if not... at least we'll have character.
