Like I said, if anyone doesn't see improvement and a glimmer of hope then they must not want to see it.

He also played smart with the ball today, which is a big step for him.

He is not a starter. He needs to be way more consistent, but an experience backup never hurt

Are they playing the Navy game next week? I heard them mention it but have not seen a thread about it on the boards recently.

Next thing you'll tell me is Ford is no longer on the team.

Maybe he can develop into one.  He played one of the best games in USF history, statistically, for any QB.

If he can continue to do anything remotely close, he can change opinions of himself.  

Who do we have on the roster that is better than McCloud?  I hope they bring in a sure fire star, but we all need to get comfortable with the fact that he will probably go into next year as the starter.  He played his tail off today.  He bowled over a UCF defender on a TD run.  Played with passion today.

Another one in the books! We're now tied in the series (6-6); tied for most consecutive wins (4); tied in Orlando (3-3); and tied in Tampa (3-3). We're also 6-2 against you guys since we've been conference mates. Not bad for a team that was once considered unworthy to play you guys, eh? 

In all seriousness, I liked what I saw out of the Bulls tonight. McCloud looked great and the team has receivers who can make plays (Miller, Weaver, St. Felix). Even though it's been a rough year, I see a brighter future with Jeff Scott than I ever did with anyone else who came after Jim Leavitt.
