Perhaps they just need a hand up?  Think of this:  USF, allied with UCF and FAU, makes the perfect trifecta for Big 12 expansion.  Package deal baby!!!

This was the initial conspiracy theory I am receiving from friends on phone LOL.  COVID is our savior.

Yes we need air cover (for keeping jobs/scholarships) for those that are legitimately worried or are in close proximity to high risk people.  As for the rest of us, it is very low risk (per the data) and at some point life has to go back to personal responsibility.
