That looks about right for someone who'd bet.  Based on who they've played and USF's up and down nature this season, especially on the road, the line looks ripe to screw EVERYONE over.

From what I have read before, Vegas usually starts with the Home team -3... so if Rutgers is favored by only 3.5, they see the teams as fairly even (betting wise)...

For a team that has only played once in the last 4 weeks, its hard to throw money on them and expect them to play well.  I do a weekly pool and it was tough for me to actually choose USF.  But in the end, I couldn't pull the trigger on Rutgers.  Don't let me down Bulls!!
