He has the potential to be the best coach this program has hired.  Dude has a very high ceiling potential. 

He gives the impression of being sincere, driven and has energy like Leavitt but you get the good recruiting ability of Taggart.  Also get some of Holtz in that he seems like a really likable guy and will be a good ambassador of the program.

Complete 180 from Strong and this is a great thing.

His qualities are magnified by coming after Strong. He seems to know how to do it the right way in every single aspect of the job.
