If you cannot afford to fire Strong he has to clean out the coordinators. Period. 

Hire a coordinator that will be HC in waiting like WVU did when they hired Holgorson  when Stewart was head coach

Keep Strong as a figurehead, but render him powerless. 

This mess cannot continue. OC sucks. DC is terrible. Special Teams Is a disaster

Nothing he has shown suggests he is a good OC here much less HC.

Did you not see the false start penalties and aloof QB in game 12? It’s more than simply losing and bad execution, the whole offensive unit is clueless and doesn’t look like they’ve had any coaching, and in game 12. 

Not one unit on the offense got better. All of the players regressed except for one walk-on. 

Recruits and injuries aren’t excuses for the false starts and aloof QB.
