Like a pact that all coaches and players have to abide by. A "Football Constitution" if you will... I'll get it started: 1. No team shall take a knee at the end of a half, with all timeouts in hands. 2. The same offensive playcalling cannot be used in short yardage situations over the course of a season (min 4 games), unless it has been successful more than 50% of the time. Recruit the Tampa bay area strong. Do those three things and we win usually 8+ games a year...find a really good qb for 10+ win seasons.
