Can we create some kind of global "rules" for our football program?

Like a pact that all coaches and players have to abide by.  A "Football Constitution" if you will... I'll get it started:

1. No team shall take a knee at the end of a half, with all timeouts in hands.

2. The same offensive playcalling cannot be used in short yardage situations over the course of a season (min 4 games), unless it has been successful more than 50% of the time.

You have to run the spread and if you say power anything you are instantly fired with zero buyout. Also you have to believe in passing opening up running lanes and not the reverse.

Simple...we only hire coach that can run well the spread offense and he must hires a DC that runs an attacking style of defense.  Recruit the Tampa bay  area strong.

Do those three things and we win usually 8+ games a year...find a really  good qb for 10+ win seasons.
