Took in some wonderful food and some Chicago Blues at the Kingston Mines. The game was unbelievable. Our crowd was strong, loud and proud. And Chicago, as usual, produced its own uniquely entertaining moments: Daily serenades by picketing hotel workers with bullhorns. Eating at an upscale white-tablecloth restaurant and witnessing a drunken customer loudly threatening a bartender with a steak knife for allegedly moving his golf cap on the bar. A 12 - 13ish girl in pigtails and Illini gear berating USF with a mean mouth that would make a drunken sailor blush and flashing me the forehead "L" for Loser sign before the start of the game. Ah, Chicago!

Ah, Chicago! Welcome back. I see the change of ADs had brought you out of retirement from the 'pen.
