Any thought about either of the balls he dropped into Tyre's grasp in tight coverage?  One was early and it looked like Tyre lost it.  The second, a little more difficult was a tad behind Tyre, but still a ballsy job - well placed.  Both were incompletions, but also very close to be putting into space and time in a way that it caught the defender off balance and challenged our receiver to make a great catch - but it was there.  Again, some precision I think we have not seen in a long time if ever.

That's the impressive part, he just about always gave his guy a good ball/a chance to make the catch. The windows will be smaller this week so that's going to be magnified. I'm confident he can give us what we need this week.

This week’s practice: ALL snaps to be taken by B.B.

Just wanted to quote this. He is a prototypical QB. Have we ever had one here?

Thanks, he was before my time. I started following in 2001.

Barnhart was a tall pocket passer type with just enough escapability and a strong arm?

Not much mobility but a decent arm. He transferred from South Carolina so he had two years with us. You can still see some of his games in YouTube. His senior year was very good.

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
